After completing the game you get Summoning Stones. Use these at the Shrine of Cronus in the Over-world to summon the ultimate boss.

Story: Stranded on a strange island your only hope of escape is through a mythical portal located somewhere in the End land. A shop keeper offers passage to the End land in return for 18 Nether Stars found in dungeons across the island.
