notepad++在config里面打开pixelmon.hocon

打开config，找到pixelmon，里面有改神兽刷新率的，改好后保存重启服务器即可

在config里打开pixelmon.hocon，用notepad++打开，搜索legendarySpawnTicks=数值，把数值改成你想要的毫秒就行了，我建议是400000
