你可以用 Zombe's modpack 裡面的 sun (aka Sun Control)
或像樓上說的, 用單人指令 Single Player Commands
timeschedule <reset | <TIME1> <TIME2>> - 設定一時間段，讓世界永遠保持在這段時間

/timeschedule 12:00 0:00 - Sets a time schedule of 12:00 to 0:00. This means that once the time hits 12:00 it will go to 0:00
