端是一个虚无的端，占用应该很小但是没法成功开服，不管是用bat开服还是开服侠

腾讯的服务器我记得是要自己手动开端口的=-=（好像是）

（一般是由于服务器蹦掉没关干净，端口还占用着

在 server.properties 里面，有个ip什么的，可能是你的那个ip输入不对，Windows cmd输入 ipconfig，下方回复消息中的 IPv4 地址 . . . . . . . . . . . . : 后面的，就是你要填进 server.properties 里的
