怎么让新玩家拥有一个规定范围大小的圈地权限。
比如： 一个新注册的ID，到服务器后就会默认拥有一个  50X50X50 的免费圈地权限（或者功能）。
我记得领地插件好像有这个功能，但是给忘了。

这个是设置新玩家的可以默认不用花钱就饿可以圈的范围吗？

我的意思是，新玩家第一次可以免费圈一次地，然后另外圈就要用金币了，但是新玩家新来的时候不赠送金币
