这样之后插件全部失效，无任何命令，就跟原版一样，主城随便破坏，所有箱子随便开，都好多次了，很烦恼

SpamHammer官方最新版仅支持到1.7.2。
也许它在你的服务器正常工作，但并不意味着可以一直正常下去。


从这句报错可以看出，SpamHammer在服务器发生未响应时一直在试图玩家登陆。
但这不是重点，重点是它在主线程监听。
这基本等同于=你在Windows下打开一个程序，一秒后直接蓝屏了。

也许你会问，SpamHammer在其他1.8服务器也正常。
这很可能是你使用的是PaperSpigot服务端的原因，PaperSpigot和Spigot虽然同属Bukkit核心，但区别仍然是明显的。

而一般情况下服主选择的插件都是最新版，并且我推测这个错误肯定不是时隔很久才发生的。
这通常原因是插件版本过低以及插件编程不严谨。
我建议，直接删除SpamHammer。
