Eggs
With JurassiCraft, most prehistoric creatures are added by way of hatching eggs. Eggs are created in a three-step process that utilizes machines added by the mod. After being created, the egg is hatched in either a dry environment (on land) or in a wet environment (under water). An egg takes approximately 102 seconds to hatch and only hatches one mob at a time.

Fossils
Fossils are items dropped by any type of fossil ore. There is a 25% chance of a fossil being dropped from the ore. Fossils are used in the process of creating prehistoric creatures in Minecraft.

DNA
DNA is an item in JurassiCraft used in the process of creating prehistoric creatures. It is created by putting fossils, prehistoric meats, or amber into an analyzer.

Growth Serum
Growth serum is a JurassiCraft item that, when given to a prehistoric creature, instantly increases the size of said creature. It can only be used on creatures added by JurassiCraft. It is crafted by placing green dye, a golden carrot, a water bucket, and a food item into the crafting table.

Amber
Amber is an item dropped from amber ore with a 100% drop rate. Amber is used in order to create the prehistoric creatures added with JurassiCraft.

Dino-Pad
The Dino-Pad is a "tablet" that shows the statistics of your prehistoric creatures.
