使用了minecreaft development插件构建的mod什么都未更改 直接编译不通过

囯内网络环境正常现象，搭建环境需要下载资源，而有些资源的地址（囯内网络）一般情况下是无法正常连接的，所以就不能正常下载
这里的建议是要么使用7根木棍来尝试，要么试试别人配置好的离线包：

你先试试按照上面的那个教程重新构建（包括直接下载或者使用离线包），实在不行记得及时反馈
