麻烦描述一下你指的“刷新”是什么，如果指的是自然生成，宝可梦默认是会在地狱/末地生成宝可梦的，如果指的是生成的数量/概率/速度，这个则可以在宝可梦的配置文件里进行详细的修改，详见官方wiki：https://pixelmonmod.com/wiki/Config#Spawning

不能自然生成 包括末地 地狱 还有world世界 都不刷新宝可梦

你检查一下末地和地狱是不是关闭了怪物刷新，看看世界难度（以上两点如果你有多世界插件的话，那主要检查一下多世界的设置，如果没有多世界插件，那在地狱和末地试试使用/gamerule doMobSpawning true指令）

还有就是你用的宝可梦版本是什么？你可以检查一下config/pixelmon/这个目录里有没有一份叫做BetterSpawnerConfig的文件，如果有则参考https://www.pixelmonmod.com/wiki/Better_Spawner/Config进行修改，如果没有的话，那一般就是插件导致的问题了，你检查一下有没有安装能限制生物刷新或者生成的插件
