是用腾讯云开的，都是配置好的

端口被别的程序占用了？

没有，端口换了好几个了

我端口换了，而且我端口设置一个范围，每个都试了，配置里面不输ip就可以正常开启了，当是没法进去玩，一输IP就开不起了

尝试使用默认的server.properties看看能不能开起来

server.p那个文件 IP那行留空或者填127.0.0.1看看
