请问一下为什么我的Minecraft PC 捆绑包购买页面打不开。

你是要买捆绑包么？

嗯，因为在Minecraft官网上说明，想要兑换另一个需要在Minecraft PC 捆绑包购买页面进行兑换。（今天刚又调整。）

如果提示让你去网易的官网，点下面的“留在Minecraft”，字体和别的字体一样，但是能点

这个我知道，但是Mojang说：
If you have bought Minecraft before, you’re now getting the other edition for free. Woot! Follow these steps to redeem it:

Sign-in to the Microsoft Store with your Microsoft account. Please note: If you still only have a Mojang account and have not yet migrated to a Microsoft account, you will have to migrate to a Microsoft account before you can redeem your new game. Once you’re signed in, instead of a “Buy” button you should see a button that says “Get.” Click this button – and now you own both editions!

你付过钱了吗，买过java/基岩吗
在这里下载官方启动器https://www.minecraft.net/zh-hans/download，以前下过就打开以前的（必须是最新版的）

这个问题我又去问了一下微软的客服，应该是微软服务器的问题。感谢各位

微软商店已经没这个捆绑包了，可以去www.minecraft.net购买如果你已经购买其中之一，下载启动器并登录可以直接获得另外一个
