写了工单以后发一封邮件,内容如下,一大堆垃圾文字说需要进一步帮助请回复邮件,回复了几天过去了都没鸟用,再去申请工单还是这样机器人发邮件

Mojang Support does not assist with gaining desirable usernames and we do not typically change usernames for players; this is done by clicking "Change" next to your username at https://account.mojang.com/.

Provided you have set a new strong password and new security questions, your account should then be secure. If you still have issues, then you may want to change the email address that your account is registered with.
You can request an email change by passing your security challenge at https://account.mojang.com/changeemail/request. If you need help with recovering an account and you can only remember the username, then please provide us the original email address used to create the account so we can investigate. If you no longer have access then we will need to verify you as the account owner with the transaction ID.

我当时就把问题直接复制粘贴回复了,第二天(或许是)然后就有人工回复了(
而且以后如果要和客服对线的话也是直接回复邮件而不是开工单

你把你需要解决的问题给他发过去就行。剩下的就是等回复了。也只能慢慢等了
没法子的 机器人只能给多点耐心了
所有你的问题是什么呀,这份邮件好像在说用户名和密码的事
