就是假如我一个菜单叫689a 然后我拖到配置文件夹然后重载 玩家没权限 怎么直接把打开菜单权限给某一个玩家 就是给了以后玩家可以输入/cc open 689a 然后直接打开

权限: chestcommands.open.689a.yml、chestcommands.command.open
GM: /manuaddp xxx chestcommands.open.689a.yml
      /manuaddp xxx chestcommands.command.open
