You can now set the percentage of creeper to be Confetti Creeper(thanks datatags!) via configuration file!
Have you ever wanted creepers to be... less destructive?

功能就一个：苦力怕防爆
可以让苦力怕爆炸变成烟花，好看。而且还能对玩家有伤害，还破坏不了方块
而且配置里可以更改百分比
支持1.12到1.17.1
