新人开服求助使用BungeeCord服务端来开了个群组服
但是发现连接上的服务器permissions.yml全部都是空的
并且不管怎么修改都不能用，一直显示permissions:

就是一直说那个冒号是错的
然后，所有插件指令都可以随便用（我给了我自己OP）
但是，所有的原版指令只能在Console里面或者命令方块里执行
求助……
怎么办
现在无法去往生存服
如果是因为permissions.yml的问题的话……不可能，我原来服务器没有一个里面permissions.yml不是空的，但是都能用
所以求助，为啥啊
