在1.14版本可以使用AttributeModifiers系列标签自定义装备的属性,

重命名了一些属性的名称,以满足资源路径的要求(即用小写字母与下划线代替驼峰写法)。
    更改generic.maxHealth和generic.max_health。
    更改zombie.spawnReinforcements到zombie.spawn_reinforcements。
    更改horse.jumpStrength到horse.jump_strength。
    更改generic.followRange到generic.follow_range。
    更改generic.knockbackResistance到generic.knockback_resistance。
    更改generic.movementSpeed到generic.movement_speed。
    更改generic.flyingSpeed和generic.flying_speed。
    更改generic.attackDamage到generic.attack_damage。
    更改generic.attackKnockback到generic.attack_knockback。
    更改generic.attackSpeed到generic.attack_speed。
    更改generic.armorToughness到generic.armor_toughness。

NBT中存储的UUID现在以一个有4个整数的数组形式表示。
    示例:{UUID:[I;1498693494,1027158888,1898994005,860320107]}

是把UUID改成[I;?,?,?,?]的样子并把属性名称改成小写的吧?
