正解来啦：

找到Ic2的配置文件
将“logGridUpdateIssues”对应的值敢为false

这个问题我问过官方的开发者（https://bt.industrial-craft.net/view.php?id=2334），其回复为：
It's the way Mekanism has implemented its E-net support, the spam is merely IC2 trying to correct for it. If you disable logGridUpdateIssues in the debug section of the config it won't log each incident, not that the actual issue will be changed/fixed.

翻译就是：相关的mod在使用IC电网的时候没有做E-Net的支持，如果禁用掉配置文件里的“ logGridUpdateIssues ”就没有这个提示了
