TrChat太弱聊天 1.72

    这是一个 个人修复版本 的 TrChat，旨在修复由于 PlaceHolderAPI 插件在 2.10.5 版本起更新了新的 CloudExpansionAPI 而导致使用旧版本 API 的旧版 TrChat 无法正确加载的问题。

  鉴于原作者已停止更新，为区别旧版本，该版本版本号被提升至 V1.72

我在使用本插件时会遇到一个触发papi插件的报错，我卸载掉插件后消失，执行papi reload 也会消失
部分变量需重载papi后才可以使用，目前我发现发生本情况的时是在bc的环境下，本地单端测试时无此报错

这个版本的Trchat可以在聊天中插入§符号吗，想用龙核的RGB（§#000000）放在称号里
如果用原版Trchat的话 §#会直接消失 只剩下后面六个颜色字符

用这个版本的Trchat的话，发送&会变成“搂”

试了一下还是会被屏蔽掉 § # 这两个符号
