你把Optifine删掉
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
这显卡是Intel Sandybridge的核显，快10年了吧。。。
你的笔记本是没有独立显卡吗？
有的话切独显，没有的话游戏的视频设置里把VBO关闭
