是不是有领地插件，删了试试，之前有个人和你一样的提示，但删了领地就好了，可能是领地插件限制了物品使用

我也不清楚，之前有人和你一样的提示，只知道是领地引起的，具体怎么解决我也不清楚，你可以试着重新生成领地配置，重新调节所需的设置

不行圈地了也不能用在

如果是没开放的服的话可以试着删了整个配置文件重新生成，如果开了很久的话，备份玩家数据就行

可能是这里问题，把build前面的井号去掉，false改成true看看
