谷歌验证可以使用,客服求助后只给我发了封帮助邮件(无用),试了好几天并且用不同浏览器访问依然无效。

不知道是疫情原因还是我的账号被锁定了?
账号暴毙
估计账号炸了,我一个其中一个正版就暴毙了,收不到邮件,密码一致错误,发送邮件申诉也不给通过(带订单号)
我前段时间也出现了这个问题,和你有点区别就是我能改密码,但是不管怎么改都是错误密码。后来更换了另一个VPN后就可以了

给mojang发邮件,一般回复时间是14天+,我发了4次时隔3个多月,最后我选择了新买个账号
